Diwali offer of Rs. 2000/- voucher has nt been given

THIS is against authorised retailer of HP products with regard to not providing full details about the last date for the registration of the product to avail diwali offer worth Rs.2000/- voucher of Adidas or Titan.

I bought a G42 HP laptop on 30/10/2010 invoiced under the name SHANTANU YADAV, when the company was offering the above.
The sales person didn’t inform me about any last date and just said that the voucher will be valid for a year.

He provided me the link to register the product but that page was not opening.
i visited him again for the same to get it registered from him but he again gave me that link but didn’t tell anything about the last date.

I have the bill with me.I am doubtful as if he himself used that voucher.

Please take some immediate action against him.

His showroom is in LOWER GROUND FLOOR, SHIPRA MALL, INDIRAPURAM,GHAZIABAD.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

its more than a month of me submitting form for free titan gift voucher of rs 2000 n i havnt recevied till now . may i know wats d problem n why i havnt recevied till now

i brought hp laptop G42-355TU model on 27/10/2010 invoiced under the name ajit kumar , when company was offering the above.
the sale person did not inform me about any last date and just said that the voucher is valid for a year.
he provide me a link to resister the product but page was not openning .i visited again for same to get it resister from him but hi again gave me that link but did not tell anything about last date.
i have abill with me . i m dobtfull as if he himself used that voucher ;
pls take immidiate action against him .
