Dear IT aspirants,

I felt it essential to report about a fraudulent company named DIVX Software and Medical Equipments operating in Business Incubator of Technopark at 4th flr of Nila Bldg.The MD of this company is Mr.Babeesh.This company also has an alternate name GAVEX.They offer free training to IT aspirants in various technologies and demand a fair amount of money as security deposit which they say would be refunded after course completion.

There were 18 of us in the June 2012 batch for this training.But they didnot refund a single paise to any one of us till now and most of us has filed petitions in court.The training provided to us was extremely bad.We were given only one hour each day on 5days/week basis training during which the trainer was just instructing us to download materials from internet and learn on ourselves.

Please be careful against these people.They’ll be changing their company name for chetaing people.

    Yes, I am one among the trainees who were cheated by this company. They have changed company name to Gavex and they are totally fraud people. Please don’t fall in their trap my dear friends. I havent received my 30000 rs yet and they are blackmailing us when we ask for our money. We have filed petition against these fraudulents

    This is a fake message because i have been under going training in divx medical equipments and software technologies (p)Ltd. i had a good experience from the company and they had returned my deposited amount at proper time . these people might have done any malpractices with the company that may be the reason they do write in this way any way don’t follow this defamatory.

    This is a fake Message. i was a trainee there i got back all my deposits as far as i concerned Divx is a Good company. i Learned a lot of things from them. These people might have made any problems there.

    Why do people want to write with anonymous names if they are cheated why don’t you publish your name here? And if anyone needs to know more about it you are free to call me. For this deformation I have already filed a case against these people and for the malpractices these people will be punished through the law.iam sure these anonymous publications and propagandas will not affect my company to go forward. We have already started 4 new offices in Kerala one is in kannur K K building, another one is in Calicut Opposite Hotel Hysson, Thrissur : City centre Building, 4th Floor, and in M G Road Kottayam. And altogether we have 69 staffs and 19 Dealers all over south India. we are also planning to Expand our self to Delhi, Bangalore and abroad. And all about these comments I can tell you all if you have any evidences please do move legally. Why do you want to wait like this? For this reason it self I could tell you these comments and other publications becomes falls. And it is a well planned game. We have also got the evidences of the people who have done this writings and other propagandas and have moved legally. Not because we want to put you in trouble rather you should not do these kind of propagations anymore for anybody. “MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL”

    Dear technopark aspirants,
    Divx@Gavex is only an incubation child in T-BIT.These people are cheating in the name of free training and placement offers, just to loot your money.
    They’ll ask you to pay a fair amount as refundable security deposit while joining and promise technical training.The amount will never be returned as their cheque provided bounces each time you submit it due to INSUFFICIENT BALANCE.Being a victim of this scam I have evidences for whatever I mention here.
    Please dont fall in the trap of these fradulent people..The MEDIA HAS also REPORTED about these frauds.The news came in JAIHIND TV newstime on December 2013
    There wont be any proper training given to you.You will be allowed to be in their cabin(cannot be called office as it can hold maximum 5 members including trainer) for 1 hr/daily and thats all your training is about.The underqualified employees(1 or 2) will instruct trainees to download materials from internet at their own expense and learn it themselves.
    18 of us got cheated by Mr.Babeesh in June 2012 and much more people before us and after, making it to more than 100s.We filed case against these people in court and have all evidences in our hands.
    And beware of the people who has writtten supporting them.These people (Rahul,midhun,Lakshmi,Gokul etc) are their pals and partners in this fraud.They may take different roles as employees in the office to cheat you..
    Last but not least,an MD of any well run firm will atleast have the common sense to not involve in such campaignining as he did above by giving reply to those who posted reality here.If you are analytical ,atleast a little bit,think on his standards..

    Its a pity to see you argue like this in a forum without even knowing about what you are claiming about..First of all learn the spelling of DEFAMATION not DEFORMATION as the case which you say you have filed against somebody..This makes it evident that you have’ nt even heared of such a word before.Every criminals leaves some evidence about their crime..Thats what you did here..
    And now freinds see how honest he is.Believe him not.Whatever said here about his fraud is true.Pls dont get into his trap.

    Yes, its 100% true… don’t go for Gavex technologies for any reason still they are cheating the fresher’s. But this time in the form of training with placement, I paid Rs:30000/- in 2014 and wait for 6 months now they don’t attend my call. They offer job and ask for money but they won’t give job.
    At last the wont replay us, They don’t have office in Technopark now, I think the technopark get out the scam company.If some one see this page don’t go to gavex technologies they are pakka frauds..

    Yes, Divxx or Gavex, all are different names of a cheating company. I am not sure, why technopark allow them to function like this. They are taking technopark name to promote their business. Young job aspirants feel a technopark company can do good for them. But, they are not doing well. One of my friends worked here but he never got his salary on time, after 3 months they pay half month salary. He said there are many cases pending in court and he had to accept a court notice too. Ultimately he left the organization. If they are not cheating anyone, why they are changing their names. These people speak many things. This and that…big big things. But nothing is working fine so far. They only have a website saying they have 100s of products and if someone look at that website can understand what quality they provide. They take money from job aspirants saying they will provide training and other people in the name of software and dealership. Its purely cheating business.     The story behind the name change :

    Initially it was Divx , nothing to do with the famous Divx player company.The original Divx filed case against duplicate company for using their name , hence the name change.
