Dear Sir/Ma’am,
My name is Premsingh thakur, our gas cyclinder consumer no is 20578 in the name of Mrs Hema Thakur. Our Gas Cylinder Distributor Jyoti Gas Distributors which is at Shop no 11 Mamgal Nagar,Nr Kalyan Complex, yari road Andheri (W), Mumbai 61, they dont provide bills on our gas refill to almost all of our area people,and on asking for bill they give various excuses but never provide bills to the consumers they also dont provide cylinders on time they cell those gas cylinders on black to non account holders who pay them much more than the existing rate,Also they write on records that the cylinder is received by the ABC consumer
but in actual they sell it to someone else in higher rates and the ABC consumer suffers from very much late delivery for their cylinders.
Its been more than 10 days we didn’t receive our cylinder we have booked it on 14/2/13, last refill we had done on 11/12/2012 after that we calledup many times for booking evry time we get an answer that it wasnt booked before,on 25/2/13 finaly
they brought cylinder to my place but on asking for bill he said he don’t have it, he will get it tommorrow so we didn’t took that cylinder because he was without bill and making excuses as usual,so he took it back. Today its 27/2/13 but still he didn’t came back because we had asked for bill and still we are without refilled cylinder. I request you to please visit the customer in mostly chawl areas and ask about their problem you will come to know the whole truth what scam the distributors are playing.
