Distressed Customer-Simple Problem Unsolved

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH Digital TV

A simple complaint of Airtel Set Top Box Remote not working.

Reason for distress
a) No resolution of a basic complaint (Set Top Box Remote Control Not Working-replace or repair) after 10 days of raising a call center ticket (Ticket Ref 19823760)
b)Extremely RUDE behavior of Service Engineers

Here is the summary of issues.
5 Call Center Calls ( only new tickets generated)
8 Calls to to Assigned Service Engineers (see below)
3 Calls to Nodal Office. (disconnected with no call backs)
2 calls from call center asking whether ticket is resolved.

Note the name of the following Service Engineers

Nanda(Ph No: 9880756233) – This engineer denied coming to the location after he was assigned to the ticket. Over and above that when I requested to come the next day and what is his problem the engineer cuts the call purposefully.

Shiva(Ph No: 9060306093) – This engineer assigned the ticket to Nanda saying he no longer works in the said pincode area-560078)

After so much of trouble when I contacted a new engineer(3rd Engineer) the engineer denied coming to the location. When I told him I have already written to his Nodal Office He just came and made me buy a New Remote.
The problem did not get resolved by just changing the remote since the problem was not correctly diagnosed.

Now I have 8 NEW service tickets where still No engineer has contacted to resolve it.
