Dissatisfied with the services of Vodafone & the behaviour of Relationship Managers & CCE of Vodafone

I m using the services of vodafone from past 10 years. But nowadays very dissatisfied with the services from last 2 months from when my Relationship Manager (Ms. Chanda promoted to another department)

I bought Nokia Lumia 820 Mobile in March, 2013. With Lumia 820, I was offerred one bundeling offer plan in which I would get 2GB 3G plan for three months.

On 22nd March, I made calls for deactivating my already using unlimited 3G plan so that I could use free internet plan for three months to save my Rs. 1500 of internet, to my Relationship Manager more than 12 times but they were not replying, after that RM Charu attend my call and disconnected my call without solving my problem. And after that no RM was again attend my call.
Thenafter, I called 111, Vodafone Care number on 22nd March, 2013 where, Mr. Manoj attended my call and told me that he will place a request for deactivating my existing 3G plan only so that I would use free bundelling offer plan but he deactivated my both plans, (Existing and free bundelling offer plan).

After that, I again tried so many calls to Relationship Managers & CCE but nobody give me satisfactory reply and try to solve my issue for giving free bundelling offer plan again because that was deactivated by your CCE Mr. Manoj.

After two days, beacuse of loss of my business due to not having any internet plan in my handset, I had taken Rs. 100 3G plan.
After using all free data in Rs. 100 plan, I send sms for Addon plan of Rs. 250 (1GB) on 16th April, 2013.
From that day, my Second main problem starts, i.e. I has not been using internet in my handset till now.
Even I was charged for Rs. 250 in my current bill, without using single kb of data usage.
