Dispute of Bill

Location/place: Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Reliance

I have reliance data card with Rs 665 monthly charge and 3 GB day usage and 10 GB night. Beyond free usage charges are Rs .50 per MB. Last month I regularly checked my usage. On internet reliance showed my day usage to be 2.6 GB whereas in bill the usage is shown to be 3.6 GB. What is my mistake in it? When I complained they said that sometimes usage shown on internet fluctuates a bit. It can, but not this much. This fluctuation increased my bill by 350 Rs.I used net according to usage shown in net.Please resolve my issue..
