Dispute in Bill

I am using Vodafone internet USB modem no # 9619664573, in the month of Oct i received the bill of more than 10K then i called up the customer care and they told me to visit your nearest gallery, the next day i visited thane west gallery which is opp. Malhar cinema and talk to Mr. Afzal, he said that he will drop an email to his technical team and will get back to me within 2-3days, as i didn’t receive any response unfortunately i have to visit the gallery again and met Afzal, he said Sir, it was some technical mistake and the amount of INR 8300 has been reversed and I was made to pay INR 2000. On the same day I gave request to change plan to 399 unlimited which was done and also i got the confirmation. However last month again i received the bill of INR 11474 which really shocked me, again i rush to the gallery on 04/12/2012 and explained everything to the executive, he then called the head (deepa) and simultaneously i inquired about Afzal, Deepa (store in-charge) informed me that he left the job and she said that we have to investigate this and we will update you within 5-6 days I said ok and left. Its been more than 12days no one even bother to reach, hence today i went to the gallery and talk to Deepa, she first told me to wait for 10mins and after that she said sir, we have received an answer from our back end team and they said that i have to pay the entire amount. I really got shocked, then i emailed them to give me your Managers contact number or Zonal Head number so that I can have a word with him…but these people are stick to their words and infact today i received another email from Vodafone which is below…kindly suggest how to proceed further.
