Name of company/service: TVC Skyshop, Mumbai
One Mobile Model : Nuclear Sx 5.31 was purchased from TVC Skyshop (Teleorder), Order No. OC-3033767 dated 26-Jun’2013. The cost of Mobile is Rs. 15,100/-. The Mobile was delivered on 26-Jun’2013. After 3-4 days from 30-Jun’13, Display a portion of the display screen (Top) became white & no display is appearing in this part.
From 1-Jul’13 onward, the white portion was increased and no display was appeared.
We spoke & lodged complaint to TVC SkyShop Customer Service Executive, Mr. Ajay Gupta on 2-Jul’13 over telephone at +919223111014 and as per his suggestion, we did the Factory Re-Store Setting in the said Mobile, but nothing is happened.
Evenif, again we contacted Customer Service on 3-Jul’13 at the same number and they asked to send some Pics of Display portion to assess the problem.
Against we spoke on 4-Jul’13 and they told to send the Mobile at your own cost to their Mumbai Service Center and after assessment they may change the Display which will have a cost of Rs. 2500/- min.
The said mobile is under Warranty for 12 months and the TVC Skyshop is looking for getting money against Servicing which is completely violation of warranty terms.
Even if TVC Skyshop is least interested to provide After Sale Service rather than selling of product. Also their attitude is very arrogant.
I am looking for the proper justice in this regards and your kind assistance in this matter is highly solicited.
