As I ordered gift worth 1149/- from my Axis Bank debit card on which they are promising to give 20% discount( Axis Bank Offer

After the payment ,they didnt gave any discount.And when i complained in Customer Care firstly they didnt know what to say and after 10 mins hold they wisely said if you make a telephonic order then we can avail you discounts,(on website its written online not telephonic).I explained this to them and they again came up with new explanation.
Please file a complain against these fraud promising companies and compensate me…
