I had purchased All in one printer model L7380 on 15/10/08 invoice
no.AEPL/167/2008-09 DC No. SD08100450003 and serial no. MY8718317D
On completion of one year I also opted for exetnsion of warranty for two
years.HP support pack UG351Eon 30/9/09 valid upto 30/9/2011.
I lodged complain on 14/11/09 for repairs.First they were reluctant to send
person ,Finally some one came from redigton ,powai for service.As per him
this printer needs replacement only.
I have been following up with redigton with no help.
I request you to look into matter and do needful on urgent basis or I will
be compelled to go to consumer forum
Hope to get quick response from you.

Dear sir,
I have purchased HP F2418 all in one printer on 19 May 2010 has some problem(not switching ON). Upon tracing the local authorized service center (INGROM, Wilson Garden Bangalore) refusing to give service. Tell me what should I do for that. I feel the same treatment will be given by the other service centers too. Will I get my money back? so that I can buy some other printer other than HP. My phone no: 09448473125

I had purchased All in one printer model HP OFFICEJET 7500A on 17/02/2012 invoice no. 3376 From AAryan Infocom. On completion of one year on site warranty.

This model is break down for Three Times :
1) Break down Dated – 09.06.2012 & Repaired in your Worli Serivce
Center Dated 20.06.2013.

2) Break down Dated 18.10.2012 & Replace this printer and delerved dt. 22.10.2012.

3) Break down dated 29.12.2012 & Replace this printer and delerved dt. 01.01.2013.

4) Break down dated 18.03.2013 & Replace this printer and delerved dt. 22.03.2013 but this printer is now completed break down.

So that Please give other Latest Printer better than this model.
