I had logged a complaint in first week of march related to my STB showing some channels as ‘No Signal’. After that my parents got a call from shahdol dealer requesting more money for engineer to visit else visit personally to our store with your STB. I complaint it to Dish TV and they said you have to pay 150/- + ST only. Then no engineer called us and daily I was receiving call from Dish TV end regarding status. Everytime I used to tell them the same story and they were escalating it internally. After various escalation one day my parents got call from Jabalpur saying we are sending you new STB with courier. But they want us to install it by self. Again I escalated and same story continued for couple of weeks. Later on they closed my call saying my number is not reachable. That point was valid as my number was discontinued for 10 days. After recharging my STB with 1500/- on 1st April, again I logged a new complaint with the same description on 10th April. Till then they are daily calling for the status but still engineer has not visited. It is like a mental harassment to me. Everyday new engineer calls and I have to repeat the same story. Few days back Jabalpur dealer had courier the STB to wrong address and it got undelivered. Then he confirmed the address from my parents and again courier it but this time he sent us different STB. Then yesterday engineer from Shahdol came and he said your existing STB is fine and problem is from dish end. He took 200/- from my parents and went. He left and again 2 hrs later same problem started coming. Since march no engineer had visited and when I escalated they blindly assumed that STB is faulty. STB got courier from Jabalpur (300 KMS from site) but with lots of hip-cups. Finally we received the wrong STB. Yesterday suddenly engineer came from Shahdol (40 KMs from site) and took more money (200RS) but still same problem exist. Today I asked them to return my recharge money and get it disconnected but they refused. I am very much fed-up and want to log a case in consumer court. VC No. 01515234716
