Sir, मैंने dish tv costumer care को 11/05/18 को बताया कि मैं अस्थायी outoff स्टेशन जा रहा हूँ pleas मेरा tv channel temporary बन्द कर दीजिए लेकिन वो minimum balance होने का हवाला देते हुए चैनल बन्द नहीं कर रहे हैं।और कई तरह के fine बता रहे है। जबकि मैंने dish tv care से कहा कि आप मुझे trai या अन्य संस्था का पता बता दें जहाँ पर मैं अपनी समस्या बता सकें लेकिन उन्होंने हमारी किसी भी प्रकार की help करने से मना कर दिया।
