DISH TV not installed after online payment

Dear team,
I am really disappointed with the service of because dish TV and comparedth .com, on last Saturday ii ordered dish tv installation through comparedth.com still there is no response from local service provider i have 3req num for single installation of dish TV..
today i contacted with local service provider than he told me that there is no inventory of HD+ box of dish TV in his warehouse because of the same reason he is unable to install dish tv,
when i call to dish tv costumer care than he told me that technician continously visit my address but my contact num is not reachable t,same cenerio is running from last five days, iwant my cash back please help me..,
