I am writing this email for the following reasons:-
Don’t give cartoon channels on Bharat pack despite of publishing channel in Base Pack on website:- https://www.dishtv.in/dth-packages/bharat-pack-MTF8Njkx.aspx
I live in Delhi -ncr where I was forced to watch south indian cartoon channel “Chithiram” and Dish TV has removed without informing me Maha Cartoon from my subscription Bharat Pack. Bharat Pack had only one Channel Maha TV which was removed.
Having noticed that Maha Cartoon TV is listed on website, I am forced to watch South Indian channels.
Secondly, I was advised to take another add on of 36.00 rs + GST to get cartoon channels.
THIS IS UNFAIR
And I feel, Robbed for that my paying.
