I have recharge my Dish TV account VC No: 01501057394 through Credit Card on 10th May of amount Rs 3550. By Mistake it was charged two times. So i have requested dish TV to reverse duplicate transactions and same has been taken care by them thanks to them for their prompt service. But i was surprised on 2nd June as they have deactivated my connection without any intimation. when i enquired from customer care i came to know same has been auto debited by bank so it was deactivated. I enquired from bank as per the bank officials they cant auto debit the money without any request. Problem is that neither i have received the primary amount till date reversed by dish tv nor the bank has auto debited the thing. My connection is also deactivated. No proper response from dish tv officials.
