I am holding a life time free FREEDOM PACKAGE from DishTV. In Jan 2012 I had got activated some Ala-Carte Viz., Malayalam 1 & Toon Mania. It was valid up to 27/07/12. As advised by customer care centre executive, on 25/07/12 I had paid full one year subscription for requested Ala carte. But on 26/07/12 I got a message/email that my account is recharged only up to 17/08/2012. I had paid the subscription for one year & getting a message that it is active only for 21days..

After several request over mail & telephone there was no action from dish TV
yesterday onwards I am unable to receive any channel.
I think this is a cheating to the customer & violating agreed terms & conditions.

    Yes, DishTV makes such type of cheating, specially with the payers of annual subscription. I got experience from last two years. after making payment of full annual subscription, they didnt give me full one year receiption. also they didn’t give us the offer’s benefit. Generally no one checks their account details. So, Dish TV takes advantage of this & cheated with customers.
    It is very shamefull that brand ambassador like Shahrukh Khan makes promotion for these compinies.
