Disgusting services by Koryo and no sense of responsibility from the seller BIg Baazar

Location/place: Kanpur

Name of company/service: Koryo/ Big Bazaar

I bought a Koryo A/c model no KS118A035 from Big bazaar Kanpur and this not working, neither big bazaar nor Koryo is taking the responsibility to iether repair it or change it.To top it, when asked for repair or send technician the person owning the service centre of Koryo at Kanpur Mr Suman Gupta spoke to my mother really rudely and used wrong language. He did nonsensical talks to a 53 year old women. How can in a country like India we don’t have any law to take harsh steps against such people.
Its been one month my AC is still not working and I am strangled and lost complaining in the customer care of both Korya and Big Bazaar. Don’t know what to do, so launching a complain on this forum with a belief that action will be taken against the given companies.
Mine is not the first complain, there has been more than 100 complains against Big Bazaar and KORYO electronics.
Hope the concern authority will take this into consideration and look into my problem, else these companies will continue with such nuisance and loot a lot many customers.
