Discrepancy in service – Idea Moblie

We have written email dated 23rd July, 2013 to idea’s care service and appellate but till time our problems is unresolved by them so that the reason I would make complaint against them. I am forwarding the same email what I have sent to Idea. Then you will get clear picture of the problem:

I would like to point out that I had taken add on plan with my husband Harshad Rathod on 10th July, 2012, his mobile no. 8652224948, was disconnected on 20th July, 2012. Asking for the payment without generation of bill. my mobile no. 9870244479. Idea had activated on 18th July, 2012 and disconnected on 21st July, 2012 with sending sms to 1577.37 and today also I got sms to pay Rs.2125.19. the number are disconnected by Idea. I could not understand when both phones are barred then how could such charges are increase?

My husband and I went to the service provider at Kalina, Santacruz on 21st July, 2012, They told us to pay unbilled amount and they were taking about some credit facility of Rs. 1000/-. Non of your provider has inform us regarding the same.

My Husband has changed the plan in 10th July, 2012 and I had connected with your network on 18th July, 2012. nobody will do calls of Rs. 2000/ within 2days . My husband’s mobile bill always comes of Rs. 600 to Rs. 700 or less. But after changing of planned, within 2 days our bill increase like anything. Without any information we got barred.

I would further like to point out you that you have to inform about such limit before hand and your style of providing service, so customer should aware of the same and take proper decision to take your service or not.

I would also like to inform you that we have paid bill amount to loop mobile(before my no. was with loop mobile). And my husband also paid his last month bill of Rs. 620 to you.

As I understand about the Postpaid service means first we use and then we have to pay the money after bill comes. But within two days we got experience with Idea that Idea do not wanted to provide service but Idea are charging ample of amount that to unbilled amount without any proof of charges. why should we pay the interim payment? And what ground?. As we agree to pay after generation of bill we will check that what have you charge? and how?. Then only we are going to pay.

At 11.33 am, today, I have received call from Idea’s customer care, I explained the situation of our phone status. But they told us to pay first then only they will start our phones.

I would like to point out that you are not able to generate the bill before the 23rd of the month and show us the charges. Then do not force or insist us to pay the interim bill amount without the bill.

Idea do not have right to ask payment from us without raising the bill. We have full right to ask the bill before pay any amount to Idea. Idea are not able to issued the bill before barred the phones it is absolutely disgusting.

Idea are the first provider , who has provided irresponsible service to the customer. Because of your service I had loose one assignment of Rs. 100000/- now tell me who will pay me compensation for the same. As I told you before also I am Company Secretary and this is my official phone. At present also I am in very bad shape.

This is deficiency of service and that to ridiculous. Please look into this matter urgently solve my problem at the earliest.

I would like to inform you that my mobile no. 9870244479 was loop mobile, in portability I taken plan of 149 in post paid on 10th July, 2012. My service of was disconnected on 14th July, 2012. I got access on 18th July,2012 I will like to attached that email for your reference:

I am Company secretary. I have to deal with many people. If such type of service, you are providing to the people is ridiculous.

My Husband went to your gallery at Malad east, near the station and he met Manger he wasted his whole day over there. But they gave only promises but till time I am facing the problem.

This is deficiency in service. Please look into this matter urgently solve my problem at the earliest .
