Hi,
I had applied for transfer of ownership of my dad’s number to my name after his death in the month of December.. I had submitted all the required documents and completed all the formalities and made the payments too.
After 3 month’s, in March, my SIM gets deactivated without any INTIMATION and it’s more than 8 days and my SIM is still not active.
They went to my old address for verification and did not come to the new house for which I had submitted the document.
I have been facing lot of prob as they aren’t responding to my concern and also it’s my official number so I have been facing lot of problem being contacted.
I want to raise a complaint against them and against the executive ARUNA from Koramangala airtel outlet who had taken my documents as she is the one who collected my document and is not concerned about my problem.
I want to sue them for harassing me and need compensation for this and also need my SIM activated asap before I face any further problem.
