Discontinuation of IIT coaching classes BY Brilliant Tutorials at Janakpuri centre, New Delhi

Sir,
My son had taken admission in IIT coaching classes which was conducted by Brilliant Tutorials whose head office is in chennai at Janakpuri centre, New Delhi for two years course. After approx two and half months the classes have completely stopped. I had paid Rs 88000/- for the two years course(2011-12). Neither I am getting the refund of my money nor the classes are resuming.
I feel myself cheated by the institute. I request you to kindly help me out in getting my money refunded.
