Disconnection was not made as per the request

Location/place: Jawahar Nagar, Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Beam FIber (Internet Service)

I have raised a request regarding temporary suspension of my connection for 3 months. Ticket no 8887112 was raised by their team and I was assured of disconnection within 2 days. But now the connection was not suspended and I am getting the due amount to be paid for next month (Rs660). There have been always such problems with Beam Fiber Internet service.
