Disconnection of wipod no without any valid reasons

Subject: Disconnection of Reliance connection no.9368999353 before due date.
Sir,
It is stated that Undersigned is a subscriber of Reliance (wipod) connection bearing number 9368999353. I have received a bill amounting to Rs. 154.00 and due date is 14.09.2015. But it is very shocking that the Reliance concerned office has disconnected my above said number two days prior the last date for submission of bill i.e. on 13.09.2015 while the last date is 14.09.2015. Due to this act I could not concentrate on my important work due to non connectivity of the internet. Undersigned has to forward some important emails and other related work but could not do so. I was very shocked and remain tense since 13.09.2015. Undersigned contacted the concerned dealer in Saharanpur and he said he is totally helpless in this regard, from there I also call Reliance official who could not give satisfactory answer. It also reflects the way of functioning of your esteemed organization. It is serious matter and violation of consumer’s right. Hence, it is requested to take appropriate departmental action against the erring officials/officers under intimation to the Undersigned and to compensate the period of non working of internet.
