Sir / Madam,
I would like to lodge complaint against Vodafone company for discontiuation of my mobile services without my fault.
On 29th May I have called up Vodafone Customer Care and informed them i am not getting my mobile bills from the last few months and i want my current bill copy then only i will pay my bill. From 29th May, 2012 till 13th June, 2012 they have not provided me copy of bill. During this period every time vodafore customer care call centre assure me that i will get copy of bill within 48 hrs but till date they are not able to deliver my bill and now they had disconnected my outgoing call. But there representative again and again and call me and enquiring about payment and i reply to them i will not make payment until they will provide me copy of my bill which they are fail to do so till date.
Sir, During my previous experience also these people has disconnected my services to three days without any fault frm my side. As I had applied for change in plan but due to there representative (call centre) mistake she converted my plan into Data connection due to which my mobile services distrupted due to her fault. And after two days when i tried really hard to get my services active they started my services only after three days.
Sir, i am using this these services approx. 5 to 6 yrs but now vodafone serviees has disappointed me as i am facing lots of problem with this connection.
Sir, I want you to take immediate action in the above matter as my mobile outgoing was barred without my fault.
I would appreciate your immediate action in the above matter.
