I Have taken Internet Connection from Beam Telecom, for which I paid for Six months at a time in July,2012 for which I have to get connection till Janunary 2013. but due to mistake from Beam Telecom I have not got Internet for More than One in October and November 2012, they gave connection in December and Disconnected in January 2013 which comes only 5 months of Connection where I have lost one month and upon that they are asking me to pay for December and January also, Regarading which I gave complaint since last one and half month but till date nothing is happened but I am getting calls daily to pay the bill If I say my problem they promise to take care but no one has taken any responsibility. Request you to please look into this and do me favour in resolving the issue.
