Disconnection of CDMA Mobile

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecommunication

I am reliance mobile user since the launch of Reliance Mobiles, I purchased your offer for Rs.21000/- and since then I am using your phone. I have never defaulted in making payment of the bills, and now my phone has been disconected because of the high handed ness of your staff, I am giving below the things happened in coronological order.
I have written few mails to your customer care services but no response have come from their end.

On 3rd April 2012 I have made a request for converting the plan from post paid to pre paid vide request no 176313609 dated 3rd April 2012 at Zamrudpur office New Delhi with payment of Rs.50/- and was told that it would be conerted from post paid to pre paid in 5 working days and same have been confimed by SMS received from 59111 on 7.4.12 (10.10pm) confiming that the request have been processed.
I waited for almost a month presuming that the connection have been converted from post paid to pre paid, instead I received a bill.
Then I visited your Daryaganj office New Delhi since your office at Zamrudpur have been closed, They told me that no request for post paid to pre paid is show in their system, and they asked me to make another request vide request no 178812124 dated 7.5.2012 and said that Rs.700/- is due which I paid at Daryaganj office vide Receipt no. S215698354 OTC Code 03010 dated 7.5.12.
Instead of converting from post paid to pre paid I again got a bill for Rs.1250/- dated 7th June 2012.
And the connection was disconnected.
Sir, I would request you to decide what is my fault and why my connection have been disconnected.
I would request you to kindly restart my connection as per my request if you think it is the fault of your employees.
