Hi,
I got a new Vodafone 3G postpaid connection for internet usage with RS1250/- plan. They disconnect the service just before pongal holidays, when i contact the customer care they said verification failed and said they can’t able to find my address and called my alternative mobile number twice which is ringing and didn’t answered. But I have not get any call. They said they can restore the connection after 8 days if verification is positive. It effected my work badly. So I have disconnect the service. I can complaint against them in consumer count for the false statements and cause my work effected.
