Dear Sir/Madam,
I had took the connection of Tikona, but due to less usage i had disconnected the connection, reference number(1105293508). But they have not settled the account. I had Paid .R1200 as my deposit with them. Instead of returning they are charging me monthly rental and call back to back, its really irritating.
Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
