Where to begin. My first and last time experience with www.cityflowers.co.in I ordered flowers online for my Dad to surprise him on his 65th Birthday today(7th March, 2015), Order ID #CT100074854. When my Dad received the flowers, it wasn’t fresh, flowers are half dead. These guys have charges Rs.1065 + Shipping & Handling, and what they are sending to their client is half dead flowers. Tried to call them on these numbers 0819 999 6288, 0860 7701 547 as provided on their website, numbers are not reachable.
I wanted to surprise my dad with fresh & pretty flowers. All thanks to these bloody people for ruining the element of surprise and fun. Needless to say this was a disaster. I called the company with no satisfaction at all. I just want to ask one question from the owner and the management of the company, Do you guys welcome or surprise your loved ones with the dead flower? Show some humanity guys, You should be ashamed on yourself that you guys are playing with the sentiments of people like me.
This is my hard earned money and I don’t want to get it wasted on the dead flowers, I need my money refund ASAP. If I don’t hear back from you guys, I will take it to the consumer court.
