I bought a phone lenovo s820 from this shop last July 2015. I also avail an insurance from AppsDaily Solutions. Ltd for the same which costs a rupees of 600. On January 2016, I accidentally broken the glass of my phone,and as per the instructions of oxygen shop, kottayam , I have got my insurance claim registered . As per the statements provided by them, I need to get refunded the amount (Rs :6000) I have spent for replacing the broken glass.This shop now says that this amount can’t be refunded anymore and they don’t cooperate for availing that insurance from AppsDaily Solutions.
