Disappointed with Micromax Services…Worst Experience…URGENT HELP REQUIRED…!!!

Dear sir Here i am writing this mail to you for ur required support n help in one of my worst case concerned to M/s Micromax Mobile Company. I bought a Micromax canvas 4 A210 last year in july 13 & it got defective in March 2014. After that i had submitted that phone to Micromax authorised service center M/s Satguru Communication Sector-27 Noida to get it functional. The submission date was 4th march 2014. Today the date is 06th May 2014 i m writing this mail to you after hassled me a lot. Almost 2 month has passed but still i dnt have any confirmation date from micromax people on which ill get my phone back. Lot of times contacted with service center & Toll free no. (1860 500 8286) & as expected, each & every time micromax people extends the delivery time 15~20 days. Completely disappointing n having a worst experience with micromax team now a days. No one is listing my request n taking that seriously. Now here i am putting my job sheet no (N040439-0314-8459153) and complaint no (MMX2903147777) with lot of hopes that one day ill get my phone back from micromax people. Pls do support in this…..
