Dirt in the Kingfisher beer

Location/place: yadgir (karnataka)

Name of company/service: kingfisher beer (S L Maddi Bar and restaurant)

I was gone to have beer, in the following mentioned bar and restaurant (S L Maddi) tin no.29400392545 on 20/12/2012, I ordered kingfisher strong beer bar code no. 8901020108009, I will be drinking regularly direct, accidently I found something black dirt in the base of the bottel, I called manager (mallayya 9916445625)and asked him to replace it, nonsensely he told he can’t replace the Bottel rather he will filter and well give the remaining beer back he told, immediately I called the kingfisher customer care number on the bottel no. is 080-22127086, they told they revert back with some action in 24 hours, but till now i have not got any response from kingfisher, i’m having the snaps, bar code details, bill etc… And later on I paid the bill of that spoiled bottel also even the bar people not deducted the amount nor reduced.

Eagerly I’ll be waiting for you’re response towards above mentioned both bar and kingfisher company.
