I purchased Blue Star cassette Air Conditioners for my office. One of the air conditioner is not working since 2months.
I contacted my dealer from which I bought the ACs who initially took it seriously with no resolution and later on informed us to complaint with Blue Star. Since then I am continueosly calling blue star and now I am tired of lodging complaints with bluestar. There after sale service is too bad and I recommend all the readers NOT TO BUY BLUE STAR ACs.
I request some one to help me!
My complaint with Blue Star was lodge on
30 May 2012, the complaint No. is sb 1205300404. Since then no body has visited us even after hundreds of reminders!
Worst experienced ever faced by me in my whole life!
