din’t get any balace after reacharge

Name of company/service: reliance

i have done a 3g reacharge of Rs247(1GB data & Rs150 talk value for 30days) on 26/4/13 at 7:44pm.But balance enqury show 0.0 3g data in my account.i launch my complaine on reliance coustmer care they said ur complain is solved in 48 hr.but after 48 hr i got a msg from reliance that my complain is resolved.but its not true im still face the same prob. no 3g data & no 150/- balance

    today(30/4/2013) I got a call from reliance customer service team they said that Rs150 is added in my account and within 24 hrs 1gb 3g balance is also credited in my account but when I check my balance nothing is change,my balance is same as previous. 150/- is not added in my account and I am still waiting for my 150/- and 1Gb 3g data.

    I’m still waiting for my 1GB 3G balance.not satisfied by reliance service.they take so much time.

    From 30/4/13 my account balance show 1gb 3g data but the speed is .02mbps whish is very slow.I need 3g speed. At my place reliance 3g network is very strong but still I’m not getting speed.I complained to reliance on 6/5/13 for this they gave me another SR no.202527061. What is this every time I complain they gave me a new complain no. But from the beginning my problem is same that I can’t able to use my 3g to whom I paid for.help me for this. Till now my experience is not good with reliance.hope u do something to change my views

    I am still waiting for the solution of my complain
    every time I call to reliance care they gave me a new complain no. of same problem. But the complain remains same
    complain date 27/4/13 complain no. 202087232
    complain date 28/4/13 complain no. 202162150
    complain date 06/5/13 complain no. 202527061
    In all this complain I just want my Rs150 and 1gb 3g data with 3g speed.
    but after 1st complain I got my 150 talk time
    after 2nd complain I got my 3g data but speed is .02Mbps which is very slow
    and after 3rd complain there is no response from reliance.
    now if the complain is not solve then I have to port my no. to another telecom company
