Digital TV Not Working

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV

I am a subscriber of Airtel Digital TV My Account No. is 3010798666.

I am unable to use Airtel Digital tv services since 25th June’13.

TV is showing NO SIGNAL.
I have purchase these services in around Sep’12.

I called Customer Care for the complaint, they said You have to pay INR125 for engineer visit. I said this is in warranty. AGENT said sir you have to pay these charges.

All other companies are providing free services even for OUT for Warranty product.

I am highly disappointed with these kind of services from the leader in the industry!

I AM TV LESS SINCE THE PAST WEEK!

Please do the needful at earliest!
