Difference of the rates between online resevation and normat tickets for the same bus

Location/place: Someshwar

Name of company/service: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation

I had booked a ticket online for a journey from Mangalore to Bangalore last week. It cost me Rs.380 (excluding online service charges). But when I went through the bus, the ticket cost was just Rs.240. This made me to worry about waste of my money.
So i thought of complaining it. I request KSRTC to corret this difference and make the online customers happy.
I have complained here to either to get my money back or atleast to help others to not get fooled by KSRTC.
