On 16th July I loggedin to their website @ 9:15pm to book and Ordered to get shipped to Silchar for 17th July. But because of their pathetic and cheap website, the order couldn’t be placed even after spending 5hrs on it. During this time I called up their customer care numerous times but all in vain they kept on telling me its a technical error from my computer. after a great struggle 5:00am I could manage to place the order and create the order number GTI409661/2013 . Before making the payment I called up thye customer care to know if the shipping address was visible to him and if they could get the order deliver. Post his confirmation that it would get delivered at the same day I processed the payment. But as fake their promises are they called me up at 12:30pm stating they cannot get the order delivere giving various excuses the first being eggless cake not available, when I agreed for a cake with egg they responded they don’t keep cake with egg,and then the next excuse which stated that the shipping location being remote they cannot get it deliver the same day rather they needed 24hr advance ordering. They spoiled the entire day of my nephews Bday as I am left with no plan B secondly I wasted my 5hrs to get thru their website to place the order and lastly my calls for confirmation went in vain. An entire waste of resources . please cancel their license to sell online stuff with fake promises as they cannot deliver them and they have actually harassed me mentally , emotionally and financially. They needed to get penalized for false commitments. Please take appropriate action against this company. let me know if you need any details I have my call records and emails as an evidence to prove my allegation.
