Didn’t refund my money back even after cancelling the request

Name of company/service: Yepme Shopping

I bought a combo pack from Yepme Shopping an online portal for Gym track,Shoes,Watch & and Hand Bag. They didn’t gave any response to me except the confirmation message.After 2 weeks when I called them about status, they told that they were out of stock and couldn’t send the order. So I asked them to cancel the order and return my money back. It’s been close to one month and I didn’t receive my money till now. Even After repeatedly calling them I will be getting the same response that the payment is in process. I am vexed up with their response. Please take this as a formal complaint.
