After purchasing, I received email from them that they will deliver the product within 7 days. They mentioned :
“…. We Also Let’s You Know Your Order Is Ship-out Within 5-7 Working Days With First-Flight & DTDC Courier And You Receive Your Tracking Number Via Email & SMS. ……….”
But after waiting for7 days they did not ship the product even. I tried to call Sastawala customer care (1800-120-1222) several times but not a single time it get connected. I sent several emails to them for chasing this at their mail-id — [email protected] but no any reply from them. I am really getting fed up from such a bad website and from their services
