Didn’t placed the requested order

Hello,

I want some one to take strict action on such online retailer which promised to deliver the item on time, but never ever deliver it on the proposed time. It’s happening 3rd time with me when I have requested such stupid retailers to deliver the gifts, but none of them able to send on time. It’s really frustrating when we are planning any surprises.

I was about to receive my parcel at 12 midnight from www. indoregifts .com but I haven’t received on next day. And when we tried to call them they started ignoring the call. When we tried with another number they were talking very rudely.

They must have to refund my money and need to apologise for it. And strick action against them should be taken so that such thing never happen again with anyone.
