Didn’t get my order in 20 days…

Location/place: SW Delhi

Name of company/service: Snapdeal

Hi Sir/Mam,
I want to raise an issue of Snapdeal (Order- 1200260079, Transcend MicroSD Card) Which I’d order on 22nd Aug-2013. Still I didn’t get my order. I’d called multiples of time to Customer Care, but didn’t get any serious step from their side. On 2nd of Sep I got a call from Courier department and they were apologises for this kind of poor service. And as per his request I’d given 2 days more time to deliver my order. But they can’t deliver it. On 4th Sep I requested to cancel my order and I followed up on that & came to know they taken my request on 6th Sep.
It all crossed the limit when I got a mail that its been delivered to me and they need my feedback. I replied on same mail. But still they are investigating. I asked to executive for escalation matrix, so that I can go further with issue but didn’t get reply from their side. Requesting you to please help me out on this issue. A quick response would be really appreciable.
