I recharged with rs 246 and after that rs 4. But they gave me only 4 MB data. Upon calling, they informed me to wait 48 hours. After that one representative told you have comsumed your 1 GB.
I launched a complaint with them PBR12031749. Now they are telling me to wait till 1 month. DOCOMO shows only says Simplicity. But they will loot you.
On website ADs they will just say you will get this that. Once you do recharge they give nothing and says to wait and wait..
If they are giving that data only for 1 month, what is the possiblity that they will not say after 1 month that you have lost your validity and will not get data.
Worst experience with DOCOMO and its guys. Why they don’t take time when it comes to deducting money. And why 1 month to wait to just get my benifit data.
