Didn’t get the Complete Internet data as per plan

Hey, i got an offer from Airtel (GSM) on 4-3-15 that there is an offer that if i recharge with Rs.455 i will get 3GB 3G data for 56 days and that offer is only for 4-3-2015 to 5-3-2015 then i recharge my airtel number (9557962245) with the same pack but i didn’t got the complete data and validity as per plan, i only got 2.5GB for 28 days after that when i talked with customer care executive and they said u will get the complete offer within one hour but it didn’t happened after that i registered a complaint on 5-3-2015 at airtel customer care (complaint no. – CBNRD30305147320) and they told me that we update you on 10-3-2015 nothing happened after that i again talked with customer care and file a complaint (complaint no. – CBNRD30309622335) but nothing happen after that i talked with senior officer at customer care but he said go to your nearest airtel office and show them that u got a message regarding that offer, i did that and they said come tomorrow right now we are dealing with some technical problem then i went there but finally they said we cannot do anything regarding that issue.
So i am requesting u please take some serious action on that issue and inform me as soon as possible.
