Didnot deliver the parcel.

I sent rakhi to surat(GUJ) from canada for my brother. when i was tracking my parcel i came to know that it was at the nanpura centre, surat, which is the nearest blue dart centre from my home. they didnt deliver my courier for three days and sent it back to shipper’s address without calling my telephone number at surat. when my father went to that blue dart service centre, they talked with him rudely and told my father that why didnt you come to pick it up. my father told them that he didnt receive any call from them. so they said its not their responsibility to call the customer. tomorrow is the rakhi day and i have sent rakhi to my brother with a great feeling but unfortunetly he didnt get it because of this blue dart. really hate this company.
