Did nt deliver the product and cancelled after 2 months without prior information

I had ordered for a headphone from indiatimes shopping on 6th of Aug 2012.
The expected date of delivery was 16th of Aug 2012. When I did nt get the product by expected date I enquired about the product and was told that the product is stuck with courier. They promised me that the product will be delivered soon but it never happened. They kept on telling that the product will be delivered within 2-3 days. And after 2 months they sent me a mail saying that the order has been cancelled. I had used the coupon for the purchase and that got waste. They simply made me to wait for so long. Kindly take the needed action, so that the other consumers should not face the similar problems.
