Did not refund the money, despite of several fake commitments the company did not refund the money

Hi,

I have ordered a product through online shopping, after 10 days time the company intimated that the product is online and it will take more time to delivered. Again after 7 days they told me that the product is out of stock and it will take more to get it delivered. Then i asked them to cancelled the order and I tried to shop another product but most of the products are out of stock. Then after 2 months they agreed to refund the money, I shared my bank details and I was promised to get the refund in 7days time. But it has been more than three weeks I have not received the refund, every time I call up the customer service tell me that today you will get the refund but it was all fake commitment. Today after 3weeks a lady calls up and told that I cannot be refunded.
It seems to be a fake site which blocks customer amount and invest into something else and get the interest amount.
The company blocked my money for more than 2 months and are not ready to refund the amount.
I have mentally harassed and given fake promises for more than 2 months, I am sure that I am not the only customer like this. Please take a strict action against the company for fooling the customers.
