Location/place: Kullu
I had ordered a Videocon Mobile Phone (Code:V1543 (Vo)) on Date:4/14/2012 5:42:46 PM by redeeming rupees 1000 voucher through \”www.emartindia.in\”. My order number is EMT1434890. As Rs.1390 was balance, so on 17/04/2012 I deposited Rs.1390 in HDFC account number 16628640000037 at Kullu(H.P.) branch.But i have yet not received my order after a long period of more than 2 months. When i call at the customer care service they always say that you will receive the assignment in next 5 days and the order has been passed to Videocon but now that number is also not working. I don’t know what to do now. Please look into this matter and help me out.
