Did not receive Provident Fund

I have claimed for my provident fund on 6-02-2012,my pf claim Id is-NEGHY120200000656,Member account no is- NEGHY00057390000001264,When i cheque the status online, its showing payment is under process,but when i called pf office guwahati,they told that the amount has been credited on my account on feb 2012, but i did not receive any amount on my account.If it has been credited, how come its showing payment under process, These government employees are a big fraud, please help me…
