purchased aquagaurd from this company before two yrs,, asked them for service as it was not working past one year. they came for service ,,charged Rs 1500 but after one days again it stopped working,, again asked them to repair then they denied to come and asked that they will charge Rs 250 for every visit after repeated request they came and asked for some more money for parts to be changed,, we denied as already money is given for service and change of faulty parts,, if they would have told clear picture on their first visit, we would have nt asked them to repair rather we would have bought a new water purifer instead of spending too much money on old purifier which is still nt working as the employees have now stopped coming to provide service
