Did not get refund amount even after 1 month.

Hi,

I booked a ticket from www.goibibo.com but for some reason I cancelled that ticket.

It was of travel date 17 aug 2012 (INDIGO AIRWAYS Bangalore to Ahmedabad).

I have not received my refund amount inspite of doing so many calls and writing so many mails to customer care at Ibibo.com.

Everytime I talked to customer representative, they said it is under process. It will be credit in 5 days. Now its been more than a month.

In last mail form them they said it has been processed on 16th Aug and gave bank reference number. But when I talked to bank personnel and asked them to know the status of my refund then they said there is no such bank reference number.

Travel Date: 17 Aug 2012
Flight PNR Number: BIZVDL
Expected Refund Amount: INR 3149.00.
Ticket Cancellation date: 16-08-12.

I would appreciate if somebody can take action against Goibibo and get me my amount back.
