did not get money back

Dear Sir / Madam,

i order to 100bestbuy.com for, when they call me for i get 1 coupon, 1 4 GB pen drive & i Reebok watch..& i pay COD Rs. 1121 for the same. but when i know that it’s not a goods product..then i call to company customer care & they inform me to send back courier to us & you’ll get 100% refund for that with courier charges. but when i call company customer care they only giving time to you get in 5 days , you’ll get your payment in next 10 days …now it’s complete 2 months still i’m waiting for my money back
